As Staff Product Designer for Design Systems, you'll own the design system strategy, roadmap, and development in Figma — serving as the bridge between design and engineering. This is a high-leverage, systems-thinking role with broad organizational impact.
The position is fully remote within EMEA, with team members across Barcelona, Dublin, London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, and many other European and global cities.
- 8+ years in product design with a strong design systems background
- Proven experience scaling design systems across a large organization
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
- Deep Figma proficiency and component-based architecture expertise
- Strong collaboration history with engineering teams
- Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for applying them in design workflows
- Clear vision-setting and change management abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Portfolio with end-to-end project examples required
