Senior Product Designer

Partyhat is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead high-impact work on consumer-facing digital products. You'll own the full design process — from discovery and problem framing through execution and iteration — partnering closely with Product and Engineering to ship thoughtful, scalable experiences.

This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes genuine ownership, and cares deeply about product quality. You'll be working on products built for global audiences, with exposure to web3, fintech, creator platforms, or marketplaces depending on the project.

Fully remote with team members across Europe, the Americas, and beyond.

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking across UX, UI, interaction design, and product problem-solving
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration in fast-moving environments
• Systems thinking — able to design for scale and consistency
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Self-directed with a strong ownership mindset
• Bonus: experience in web3, fintech, creator platforms, or marketplaces
