Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who operates comfortably at both high and ground level — someone who can shape the long-term design vision and strategy while also rolling up their sleeves to ship polished, user-centered experiences.

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you'll be a key voice in shaping how we build products our customers love at Kevel.

• 8+ years of UX/UI/product design experience, including work at a strategic level
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both systems thinking and refined craft
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools -** Proficient and up to date with using AI** tools within the design practice.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing product direction
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive clarity independently
• Clear communicator who can articulate design decisions to non-designers
• A passion to create highly functional products that are a delight to use
