Senior Product Designer (Growth)

Simple is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Growth team, focused on monetization excellence and user acquisition. In this role you'll shape the experience that converts free users into paying customers — working across onboarding, paywalls, and conversion flows.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to identify opportunities grounded in user behaviour and market trends. Your work will directly impact Simple's revenue and the health journeys of millions of users worldwide.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates across Europe, including Poland, Cyprus, Portugal, Spain, and other locations.

• 5+ years of experience in consumer product design
• Strong proficiency in UX research and qualitative/quantitative data analysis
• Proven track record converting free users to paying customers in a mobile app context
• Experience with web-based conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
• Mobile app design expertise with a focus on monetisation flows
• Ability to synthesise customer psychology insights into actionable design decisions
• Fluency in Figma and modern design tooling
