Senior Product Designer, Core UX & Mobile

PandaDoc is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the Core UX & Mobile experience — the foundational layer that every other team builds on. You'll define information architecture, establish cross-platform patterns, and set the interaction standards for web and mobile.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where your decisions ripple across the entire product. You'll run full design cycles from discovery through implementation, working closely with design systems, engineering, and research.

Remote-first role open to candidates in Europe — including Portugal, Poland, Spain, Germany, Ireland, and Ukraine.

• 5+ years in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, or design systems
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Framer or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Strong grasp of design principles: typography, colour theory, accessibility
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research and user testing
• B2+ English proficiency
• Experience with document management software is a bonus
