Senior Design System Designer

This role involves evolving the design system for Real Estate products across OLX. You'll work within a dedicated pod spanning web and app, while serving designers across multiple tribes. Key focus includes designing reusable components, defining behaviors and variants, managing contribution models, and supporting design work from problem framing through documentation.

• Proven experience designing and maintaining design systems at scale
• Contribution model experience or a clear approach to building one
• Strong technical fluency and peer-level collaboration with engineers
• Sharp judgment on consistency trade-offs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped impact with product and systems thinking
• Figma proficiency including component libraries, variables, and tokens
• Experience with coded prototypes
• Interest in AI-assisted design workflows
