Product Designer – Creative Editor

We're hiring a Product Designer to take full ownership of the core Editor experience, the central marketing OS for content creation. You'll lead design from strategy to execution, working closely with Product and Engineering to shape features that help users create, edit, and export ads faster with AI. This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, values speed and execution, and thrives in an environment where each Designer drives their own part of the product, with a primary focus on driving generations and exports.

For this role, you'll need to be based in Europe.

• Must have 5+ years of experience designing digital products, within SaaS or complex, workflow-driven editing and creation tools
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product thinking with a focus on speed, creation, and impact on output
• Builder mindset with a deep obsession for creating tools that help users produce content faster
• Deep craft sensibility and solid interaction and visual design skills to make creation tools feel powerful but simple
• Proven ability to work autonomously and demonstrate strong product intuition, knowing what features will increase generations and exports without over-researching
• High iteration tolerance and comfort with a "build and see what sticks" mode
• Strong experience working closely with engineers and a proven ability to keep up with a large, fast-moving engineering team
• Highly proficient in Figma
• AI curiosity and comfort designing for AI-powered systems
