Product Design Lead

This is an individual contributor role first, with the possible future opportunity to mentor and shape a design team as we grow.

You'll be the single owner of Product Design, setting the bar for UI quality, consistency, and product impact, and working closely with Product and Engineering.

• Senior product designer/ design lead experience;
• Very strong UI skills and attention to consistency;
• Proven experience in B2B, data-heavy products;
• Strong collaboration record with engineering teams;
• Advanced Figma skills (incl. Figma Make);
• Experience working with and scaling design system;
• Product-minded and impact-driven;
• Open to feedback: takes critique without taking it personally and gives feedback just as readily;
• Leads with curiosity: asks "why" before designing "how", challenges assumptions with data, and designs interfaces that are as effective as they are beautiful;
• Role requires tax residency in Portugal;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
