Lead Mac Developer

We're building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. Our Mac app is at the center of it all: capturing rich data, delivering coaching, and powering insights. We're looking for a senior Mac developer to take ownership of our macOS app, drive technical excellence, and help shape the foundation of our platform.

• Expert in Swift and macOS app development, with a deep grasp of Apple frameworks, security, and system design.
• Proven experience in profiling, debugging, and performance optimization across varied Mac environments.
• Comfortable working in managed device contexts (MDM), understanding sandboxing, permissions, and deployment constraints.
• Familiar with API integrations, backend collaboration, and maintaining reliable interfaces.
• A stickler for detail, you notice inconsistencies others miss and care deeply about polish.
• Experience with SwiftUI and Catalyst for cross-platform work is a strong plus.

Bonus points:

• Knowledge of Django REST Framework or similar backend stacks.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated macOS testing.
• Experience in security-focused or enterprise-managed environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise compliance and privacy standards.
