We are building the future of hiring with artificial intelligence. We're looking for an exceptional AI Engineer who wants to be part of something big from the start.
You will be a key part of our AI development team, designing and launching intelligent systems that directly impact how companies hire talent. You'll work 100% remote with full autonomy, with headquarters in Barcelona, Spain.
If you're someone who doesn't just use AI — but builds it, masters it, and pushes it to the limit — this role is for you.
- Deep AI expertise — neural networks, NLP, and pattern recognition applied to real products
- Strong software engineering foundations — knowing how to train models isn't enough
- React & frontend skills — fluency in React and ability to collaborate on frontend when the product requires it
- Native in Claude & Generative AI — daily active use of Claude, Claude Code, and generative AI tools in your workflow; we want someone who already works this way
- Python & cloud infrastructure — advanced Python + experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Builder mindset — you solve problems, propose solutions, and don't wait to be told what to do
